New Clients
To ensure a seamless experience and full appointment time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled booking.

Bookings

All appointments must be confirmed to be secured.
You will receive a reminder by SMS or email; please respond promptly to confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request a minimum of:

• 24 hours’ notice for standard appointments

• 48 hours’ notice for semi-permanent brow and lip blush treatments

Late cancellations or non-attendance will incur a 50% fee, payable before any future bookings can be made.

For semi-permanent brow or lip blush appointments cancelled within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

Clients who cancel or move appointments frequently may be asked to pre-pay for future bookings. Repeated rescheduling may, at our discretion, incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Parking

Parking is available within the Capestone Village Complex, however there is a $5 fee after 2 hours of parking. FREE parking is available directly out the front of Kids  Magic Child Care centre on the vacant land, or street parking is available.  

Please allow extra time for traffic and parking, as late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated.

 

Children

To maintain a calm, safe and focused environment, children are not permitted to attend appointments.
